Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 May 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of apimie (“we”, “us”, “our”) — the website apimie.com, the associated dashboard, and the Polymarket whale-data services we provide. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

apimie surfaces wallet-level analytics on top of Polymarket — large-wallet positions, volumes, and flow. The data is delivered through the Apify actor apimie/polymarket-whales-tracker, which you call with your own Apify token, and through the dashboard chat. Your apimie API key, tied to your plan, sets your tier limits — how much you can pull, how far back you can look, and how often the snapshot refreshes.

The underlying data is derived from public on-chain Polymarket activity. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, or trading advice — see our Disclaimer.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
  • You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile page.

4. Plans, access, and payment

  • We offer a Free tier and paid tiers (Pro, Trader). Current prices are on the pricing page.
  • Paid access is a one-time purchase for lifetime use of the tier you buy — no subscription, no auto-renewal, no recurring charges.
  • Payment is made in Bitcoin and verified on-chain. Access is provisioned once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
  • “Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of the service. It does not oblige us to operate the service indefinitely (see section 8).

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense your API key or the data in a way that circumvents tier limits.
  • Exceed, evade, or attempt to bypass your plan's rate limits or access controls.
  • Probe, scrape, or attack the service, or attempt to disrupt its availability.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or in breach of Polymarket's or Apify's own terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund where the breach is the cause.

6. Data accuracy and availability

The data is delivered “as is”. It is sourced from third-party and on-chain systems and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific data point is correct. Snapshot refresh cadence and lookback windows are best-effort and may vary.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, apimie is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on the data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may modify the service, its data sources, or these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or a banner on the site, and the “last updated” date will reflect the revision. We may discontinue the service; if we permanently shut it down, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence are unaffected.
