Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay
apimie has a Free tier. You can create an account and use the service before spending anything, so you can confirm the data and the integration fit your needs before you upgrade. We strongly recommend evaluating on the Free tier first.
2. Paid purchases are final
Paid access is a one-time purchase for lifetime use, paid in Bitcoin. Two things make these purchases non-refundable as a rule:
- Immediate digital delivery: your upgraded access is provisioned as soon as your payment confirms on-chain. The product is delivered in full at that moment.
- Irreversible crypto payments: Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.
For these reasons, all paid purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with data you could have evaluated on the Free tier.
3. When we will make it right
We do stand behind delivery. If any of the following happens, contact us and we will restore access or, where we cannot, issue an equivalent refund:
- You paid and your tier was never provisioned (a confirmed payment that did not unlock access).
- You were charged twice for the same tier through a fault on our side.
Refunds in these cases are paid in Bitcoin to an address you provide, at the EUR value of your original payment.
4. EU/EEA consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because access is delivered immediately on payment confirmation, by completing the purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once access has been provisioned. This does not affect your statutory rights where the service was not delivered as described.
5. How to request
Email us via apimie.com/contact with the email on your account and your payment transaction hash. We respond within 30 days.
